What is the standard Cashmere products?

Cashmere is known as Pashmina in Nepal. Standard Cashmere products in Shawls range are made of 70% Pashmina & 30% finer silk , 80 % Pashmina & 20% Silk, 100% Silk, 100% Cashmere etc. The higher percentage of Pashmina keeps our material light and truly seasonless, something you will shoulder once and again no matter which time of the year !

Our sweaters are all 100 % Pure Cashmere. This is our Guarantee. If Laboratory tested, the result will be above 97 % pure Cashmere.

What is your main manufacturing products ?

In Shawl Category :

Blankets, Shawls, Stoles, Scarf, Bag, Different designs of Weaved Shawl, Shaded, beaded and Fabric by yard and other customized products.

In Sweaters and Pullover Designs :

We manufacture in Cardigan, Twin Set, Collor Neck, V Neck, Key Hole Neck, Round Neck, Turtle Neck, Hi Neck etc.The designs are available in 12gg 100% Cashmere. If required, we also make sweaters in 8 gg and 16 gg, as well.


What kind of fringe do your items have in Shawls/Scarves?

All our pieces have the standard three-inch long twisted and knotted fringe, unless you specify otherwise. We can also make a 3/4 inch open fringe, or no fringe at all.

Colors

Since we dye by hand and match to master color samples, dye batches can vary by 5 percent. Nature of Hand Made : It is to be understood that there can be some variation on weaving, dyeing or in finishing due the nature of hand made. Some pieces can vary even if they belong to the same category.

How do we take order?

We do accept international orders, but international shipping costs (and any customs charges) must be paid by the customer. We will deliver either by Air Express Courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.) or by Cargo Express, according to the customer's wishes.


What is the mode of payment?

Payment shall be made by Wire Transfer to our Bank Account.

According to the export rules and regulation of Government of Nepal, we the exporter have to submit Foreign Currency Income Certificate at the time of custom clearance. The certificate has to be issued by our bank.

How you manage shipping and handling?

All Pashmina obsession purchases are shipped via Courier (United Parcel Service, DHL, FedEx ) or Air Cargo.

How about delivery period?

The goods on stock can be dispatched immediately. But the goods not in stock can be dispached 7 to 15 days from the date of 100 % payment received to our Bank Account.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted for exchange. Please send the item within 20 days from the received date.
